Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Amenities such as dishwasher soap, washing machine materials, trash bags, sponges, dishwashing detergent pods, toilet paper, paper towels, hair shampoo and conditioner, body soap, hand soap, and laundry detergent pods are provided as a starter kit. If more quantities are needed, we encourage you to visit one of the many grocery stores nearby. We offer bath, hand, face, and make-up towels in all of the bathrooms and extras in the linen closet. Pool towels, left by our guests, are available for use in the upstairs laundry closet. There is no daily housekeeping service; however, cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee.
