RENTAL POLICIES:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• No smoking or vaping
• No pets
• No parties or large events of any kind
• Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Minimum age to rent is 25 years old
• Use of frying tools are prohibited
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Use of any other grills outside of grill rentals are prohibited.
• Signed Renter Agreement needed prior to Check-In instructions and door access code.
• $250 Security Deposit
In case of hurricanes, inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities in our resort community may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We can not guarantee the availability of each amenity. To ensure compliance of house rules and safety of our guests, there will be recording device and 24/7 video surveillance in the outdoor lanai/patio, side yard and ring doorbell. Violations of house rules will be asked to leave property with no refund.
About the Owner
Thank you for your interest in our home! We look forward to hosting you and your family and to help create memories to last a lifetime. A little bit more about me: Having grown up in Charlotte, NC all my life, I enjoy my time with family and friends. My most important role is a wife and mom to three growing children. I believe in a care-free childhood, free from electronics, playing with friends in the neighborhood, riding bikes, and playing in the creek like feral children! Being the youngest of nine children, I am used to entertaining a large crowd. Whether whipping up an impromptu dinner party for 42 people or gathering leftovers for a potluck with family and friends, I believe in creating memories over shared meals and all under one roof. I hope our home imparts these same memories and values for you and your loved ones!
Amenities
Amenities such as dishwasher soap, trash bags, sponge, shampoo and conditioner, body soap, dishwashing detergent pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent pods are provided as a starter kit. If more quantities are needed, we encourage you to visit one of the many grocery stores nearby. To ensure compliance of house rules and safety of our guests, there will be recording device and 24/7 video surveillance in the outdoor lanai/patio, side yard and ring doorbell.
